Dear Businesspeople

The Boerie Bash Steering Committee would like to thank the ±110 locals who attended and supported the June 2010 Boerewors Bash. Together we managed to raise R 1 650.00 for educational toys for the Busybugz Pre-Primary School.
This month we will be raising funds for “Meals on Wheels Community Service”, a national welfare body registered as a non-profit organisation...

They are a multi-faceted welfare service aimed at helping struggling and disadvantaged elderly citizens.

This is made possible through voluntary helpers providing personal contact and delivering nourishing meals to homes of disadvantages senior citizens

Besides raising funds for a local charity, the Boerie Bash also aims to create a social networking platform for all locals and businesses.

For a change, and to warm us up on these cold nights, the venue will be serving soup and rolls, and there will be a cash bar available. As far as entertainment is concerned, Liquid Sound will be back with music for the evening.

Our hosts will be Target Solutions, Shell Garage and Sedge Travel, who will each be given an opportunity to tell you a little more about their businesses / organisations at the Boerie Bash. They have also donated some spot prizes that you could win by just sending in your rsvp and attending on the night.

If possible, please try to bring with a no-perishable item for the Meals on Wheels charity. It may not seem like much to you, but it would mean the world to them.
